How the GAG2 Seed & Gear Shop Restock Works
The seed and gear shop in Grow a Garden 2 restocks on a fixed 5-minute global clock — every server refreshes at the same wall-clock minute (:00, :05, :10, and so on). Because the restock is tied entirely to the current time, the countdown above is accurate to the second without needing any live connection to the game. The stock shown each cycle is determined by weighted random rolls — Common seeds and gear appear in almost every restock, while Mythic and Super tier items may go hours without appearing.
This GAG 2 stock prediction tool shows the countdown to the next restock plus estimated drop chances for every seed and gear item, based on community-verified data. The "Rare Watch" sections track which high-rarity seeds and gear have gone longest without appearing, so you know which ones are statistically due. Pair it with the GAG 2 weather guide below for event-only seeds, check the new Fall Harvest Maple crop list, and use the GAG2 Calculator to check the sell value of whatever you buy.
Fall Harvest World — What's New (August 2026)
Fall Harvest is Grow a Garden 2's first standalone event world, added in the game's largest update to date on August 2, 2026. It's a separate Roblox experience from Garden Valley — reached by talking to Explorer Ethan — with its own inventory, its own seed shop, and a new currency called Leaves instead of Sheckles. The shop's core lineup is 24 Maple crops, each a direct reskin of a Garden Valley crop at the identical price and rarity tier, from Maple Carrot (1 Leaf, Common) up to Maple Venom Spitter (30,000,000 Leaves, Mythic).
On top of the Maple line, the shop also carries a handful of Fall Harvest exclusives that don't share the reskin naming pattern: Atlantic Giant Pumpkin (Mythic — never stops growing, so its size and sell value keep climbing the longer it's left in the ground), Amber Cranberry and Conifer Cone (Secret-tier — Amber Cranberry is currently the only source of the Amber mutation, worth roughly 20x a crop's value), plus Honeysuckle and Peach as mid-value fillers. A sixth crop, Jandel's Beanstalk, was only obtainable during the one-time Admin Party challenge and is no longer available. Fall Harvest is confirmed to run for about 60 days from launch, closing around October 1, 2026 — anything not sent home through Magic Mail by then stays locked inside the event world.
The event's signature twist is Werewolf Night: after dark, one random player per server becomes a Werewolf and is the only one who can steal from other players' gardens until someone hits them with a shovel, which turns them back into a defender and makes the attacker the new Werewolf. Community guides generally agree the fastest way to build up Leaves is a simple ladder — cheap Maple crops first (Carrot, Strawberry, Blueberry), then Maple Bamboo and Maple Mushroom for capital, before committing serious Leaves to the Atlantic Giant Pumpkin or Amber Cranberry.
Complete Seed & Gear List — What's New
The GAG2 seed shop has expanded well beyond its original lineup. Recent additions include Fire Fern (Legendary), Rocket Pop (Legendary), and Hypno Bloom (Super, also buyable with Robux). July 2026 added three more shop seeds: Sun Bloom (Legendary), Star Fruit (Mythic), and Eclipse Bloom (Super). The rarest shop-buyable seeds are Eclipse Bloom and Hypno Bloom (Super tier), followed by Dragon's Breath, Venom Spitter, Star Fruit, and Poison Apple (Mythic tier). Gold, Rainbow, and Mega Seeds spawn on the map during weather events — they are not purchasable from the shop.
The Gear Shop runs on the same 5-minute clock and covers 23 items, from the everyday Common Watering Can and Common Sprinkler up to the Legendary Sprinkler, Wheelbarrow, and the Super Sprinkler / Super Watering Can. Defense gear like the Gnome and Strawberry Sniper protect your garden from thieves. See the full gear stock chances table below, and the full GAG2 calculator for sell value breakdowns on every crop.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often does the GAG2 seed and gear shop restock?
Every 5 minutes, aligned to the global clock. Every server refreshes at :00, :05, :10, :15, and so on — all simultaneously, for both the Seed Shop and the Gear Shop. The countdown above is accurate to the second, so this doubles as a live GAG2 stock tracker you can leave open in a tab.
Is the restock the same on every server?
Yes. The restock is fully clock-based — every server shows identical stock at the same minute. That means you can check this timer before opening the game and know exactly when to be ready.
When does Moon Bloom, Hypno Bloom, or Venom Spitter appear in the shop?
Super and Mythic seeds appear on the same 5-minute cycle as everything else but with much lower probability — Hypno Bloom and Eclipse Bloom sit under 0.4% per restock. There is no guaranteed timing. The Rare Watch above shows how long since each rare seed was last tracked, which helps estimate when one might be due.
Is there a Grow a Garden 2 stock predictor Discord or notifier bot?
Some communities run their own Discord stock notifier bots that ping when a rare seed appears. This page doesn't run a Discord bot — instead, since the restock is fully clock-based, this live GAG2 stock predictor works as a no-install browser alternative: keep the tab open and the countdown, current stock, and rare watch update automatically every second.
What are Ghost Pepper, Lotus, Beanstalk, and the other Ghost Pepper Pack seeds?
Ghost Pepper, Baby Cactus, Horned Melon, Glow Mushroom, and Poison Ivy are pulled from the Ghost Pepper Pack gacha rather than the shop rotation. Lotus and Beanstalk are Robux-only seeds bought directly. None of these appear in the regular 5-minute shop restock.
What are Gold, Rainbow, and Mega Seeds — is there a weather predictor?
These spawn on the map during weather events — Midas Moon, Rainbow Moon, and Mega Moon respectively — and are collected by walking over them and pressing E. Each grows a random shop crop with a mutation pre-applied. Because weather timing isn't on a fixed public clock the way shop restocks are, this page lists what each weather event drops in the Weather section rather than showing a countdown, and updates it as more data is confirmed.
Does this stock tracker send notifications?
Not yet. Right now it's a live-updating GAG2 stock tracker and predictor — the countdown, current cycle stock, and rare watch refresh automatically while the page is open. Browser push notifications may be added in a future update.
Is this tool connected to live game data?
The 5-minute countdown is clock-accurate and requires no game connection. Seed, gear, and weather drop chances are community-verified estimates, not live RNG data from Roblox servers — actual rare appearances may vary from the stated percentages.
What is the Grow a Garden 2 Fall Harvest event?
Fall Harvest is a separate, temporary event world entered through Explorer Ethan, live since August 2, 2026 and running roughly 60 days (closing around October 1, 2026). It has its own currency (Leaves), its own seed shop of mostly Maple-reskinned crops plus a few exclusives, daily Cornucopia quests, and a Werewolf Night steal mechanic after dark. Use Magic Mail to send anything valuable back to your main garden before the world closes.
Are Maple crops worth farming in Fall Harvest?
Maple crops share the exact same price and rarity as their Garden Valley counterparts, just paid for in Leaves instead of Sheckles. They're the fastest way to build starting capital since Fall Harvest gives you an empty inventory, and Common/Uncommon/Rare Maple crops also count toward Cornucopia quest submissions. For bigger payouts, most guides recommend saving up toward the Atlantic Giant Pumpkin or Amber Cranberry once you have a Leaves cushion.
